The most powerful self development book I've ever come across

For anybody interested in self development and how the mind works, then I have to highly recommend the following:   http://www.abugfreemind.com/cmd.php?af=1363870

I've read/listened to a lot of stuff, but this really is the best that I've ever come across.  It fills in a lot of the gaps that are left by the others (gaps that I didn't realize existed).  It's got me monitoring the way I think and react more than anything else ever has, (which is where the real power lays).

I'm not going to do a lot of marketing hype, but go and download the first 5 chapters completely FREE.  You'll end up on the mailing list and get bombarded with emails for a while, but that's OK, you can unsubscribe at any time.  Yes it is a marketing ploy to try to make you want to buy the rest of the book, but hey your under no obligation, you make your own choices, right.  However, you can still walk away with the first 5 chapters for free and they contain some powerful stuff.  Try it.

Maximising The Thrust Behind Your Reverse Punch

The difference between a good punch and a really good punch is down to lots of training and very small details.  Here's one of those details that you really need to know to get the most out of your reverse punch.

Look Them Straight In The Eye . . . . . Or Should You?

The old advice when in a confrontation is to "look them straight in the eye".  Whilst this is appropriate much of the time (especially in the pre-fight build up stage), it's not so good when the kicks and punches start flying.  If you're looking their eyes, you may miss the punch.  If you watch the fists, you may miss the kick.  If you watch the kick . . . . . you get the drift!   Check out this this article to find out more:  Look Them Straight In The Eye . . . . . Or Should You?
