Be Careful What You Look For

If 2 men go into an orchard, one looks on the ground for mushrooms, whilst the other looks up at the branches for apples; the first will find more mushrooms, whilst the second will find more apples. Yet there are the same number of apples and mushrooms for each man.
So it is with life, if you look for problems you'll find more of them, if you for solutions and ways to make your life better, you'll find more of them.

Correct Breathing In Karate (and other martial arts)

After a recent discussion on my Facebook page about "kime", I thought I'd make some videos to explain the correct way to breath when executing a Karate technique as too many people are too tense.  So here it is in 2 parts.

Enjoy

I like this guy's style.  Very direct, effect and to point.
