Interview with Shihan Kousaku Yokota, 8th Dan Shotokan Karate

This is an amazingly frank and open interview with Shihan Kousaku Yokota, 8th Shotokan Karate master and author of the book Shotokan Myths.  Yokota is prepared to tell us in the West what other Japanese masters will not.  This is a great interview.

The most powerful self development book I've ever come across

For anybody interested in self development and how the mind works, then I have to highly recommend the following:   http://www.abugfreemind.com/cmd.php?af=1363870

I've read/listened to a lot of stuff, but this really is the best that I've ever come across.  It fills in a lot of the gaps that are left by the others (gaps that I didn't realize existed).  It's got me monitoring the way I think and react more than anything else ever has, (which is where the real power lays).

I'm not going to do a lot of marketing hype, but go and download the first 5 chapters completely FREE.  You'll end up on the mailing list and get bombarded with emails for a while, but that's OK, you can unsubscribe at any time.  Yes it is a marketing ploy to try to make you want to buy the rest of the book, but hey your under no obligation, you make your own choices, right.  However, you can still walk away with the first 5 chapters for free and they contain some powerful stuff.  Try it.
